Welcome to St Elizabeth's Hall

Also known as Hambrook Village Hall

Hambrook is a village in South Gloucestershire, England, with a long history dating back to the Norman Conquest. One of the landmarks of Hambrook is St Elizabeth’s Hall, a former mission church for the Church of England, serving the hamlet of Hambrook in the parish of Frenchay.

St. Elizabeth’s Hall was founded before 1903 as a place of Worship. The building’s rectangular shape, visible on old maps from 1903 onwards, suggests that it was established before that date. It is built of stone, with a pantile roof, to which a front gable was added, with a cross at its apex. The entrance to the doorway is set in the angle between the gable, and the main body of the building. The building is now being used as the Hambrook Village Hall which serves the local community and beyond. It is a place where people can gather, socialise, and enjoy various activities.
