Terms & Conditions of Hire

Kindly find the attached documents for a comprehensive list of our terms and conditions. By making a booking, you automatically agree to adhere to these terms. Here are the key points to note:

Leave the hall clean and tidy, sweeping all floors and stacking tables and chairs neatly. Chairs should not be stacked more than five high.
Ensure all rubbish is removed from the site.
Before leaving the hall, turn off all lights and electric sockets, and lock the doors.
If you use the kitchen, please clean the microwave, work surfaces, and sink.
Take care to prevent the toilet from getting blocked.
Report any damages immediately to the Booking Secretary or other members of the hall committee upon arrival.
